Terms & Conditions

• Website will be developed on WordPress / Opencart/Magento/Php/Laravel or other Plateform.
• Themes will be used for design and design customisation will be limited to the options provided in the theme customise panel, themes used will be free themes and no pro options can be used if the client pay for the premium theme then website will be based on it.
• Package does not include any specific web element like table, form etc until unless specified explicitly. ( except the simple enquiry form with maximum 4 fields – name, email id, contact number and message).
• Content for the website (text as well as images) is to be provided in final format at once, any changes to the content later will be charged accordingly.
• Once the primary work on the website is completed, client will be sent a link of the website to check and give their review. Client must provide their review within 3 days. If we don’t receive any review from client in 3 days, we will consider the project completed and ask for the final payment. Any corrections coming after 3 days review period will be considered as a new project altogether and additional cost will be charged for the same.
• Until unless specified number of iteration for any website project is ONE. All corrections should be sent at once within the 3 days review period.
• Client will be responsible for managing their website after delivery if in any case the website will lose content then the entire responsibility will of client and it will attract extra charges to design the website again to the original form or new design accordingly.
• Client must not make any changes to the basic structure of the website like theme / plugins and  must not add any new theme / plugins and must not update any component of the website as any of it may cause non-recoverable damage to the website and client will be solely responsible.
• Domain & Hosting Account will be bought on client's behalf only after the full and final payment is received.
  10. For hosting we can provide FTP account access if requested by the client, in no case cpanel access can be granted.
  11. 91 WebSquare will not be responsible for any problem / delay with the website beyond its control like (but not limited to) Email, hosting and domain related issues.
• Client’s getting domain / hosting from our side need to provide a photo Id proof before delivery.
• Domain, Hosting & Email Ids are subjected to renewal every year at the specified rates. Any delay in renewal may cause the website to shutdown and eventually deleted within 30 days from due date. Client will be solely responsible for any data / business loss to him in such situation.
• Proposal / quotation sent to the client is the final thing, offers / pricing on the website may change.
• Refund requests will be processed as per the rules mentioned on the website.
• Client acknowledges that 91 WebSquare reserves the right to update the terms and conditions as provided in this Terms and Conditions at any time without prior intimation.
• All the above said terms will be considered accepted in case no written objection is received before the advance payment is made for the project.
• The governing law of this Agreement shall be law of India. Subject to the dispute resolution clause below, the courts of New Delhi, India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising here under.
• In the event of Any virus or Malware attack on the website will not be covered by us as the 91 WebSquare don’t take the security provided by the third party but in case of any cyber attack 91 WebSquare will provide you the website backup but cannot guarantee the data loss due to that particular event.

Renewal costs for domain and hosting may increase based on the market price. SMS to be bought by the client from our
designated service provider msg91. Shipment tracking is done on third party website using AWB number. Unlimited
product, categories, space, bandwidth and email ids are limited by webspace which can not exceed 2GB under any
circumstances which can be extended after client request which will be chargeable extra. SSL security is via cloudflare.
